Global Sales Manager

ROXON is specialized in advanced bulk material handling solutions. We design and deliver complete conveyor systems and modernizations. We offer our customers also a full range of conveyor components and maintenance services. ROXON is part of NEPEAN, a privately owned global organization specialized in mining equipment and industrial manufacturing.

We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven GLOBAL SALES MANAGER to drive the global growth of our HX Belt Monitoring Systems.

In this role, you will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage relationships with customers and international sales partners, and promote HX solutions across global markets. You will play a key role in executing the value-based sales and market strategy for HX Belt Monitoring Systems in close co-operation with ROXON’s partner network, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives and supporting strong channel performance. The role combines strategic sales development with hands-on customer engagement, requiring the ability to lead technical sales projects from opportunity identification through to closing.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in international value-based sales with a proven ability to collaborate an international partner network.
  • Minimum 5 years of field sales experience, preferably in industrial, mining, or technical product sectors in international markets.
  • Understanding of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, or material handling solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (including Finnish) are an advantage.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets, manage a pipeline, and close deals effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
