At Roxon Conveyor Components, we are looking for a highly experienced Global Sales Manager to join our Belt monitoring systems sales journey and continue growing the business globally.

Would you be our next Global Sales Manager to develop our Belt monitoring Business

Reporting to the Roxon Manager, Conveyor Components, you will have a strategic post in the Global business organization and leading Belt Monitoring Sales and marketing Globally. You will be a key player in developing and growing the Belt monitoring business and distribution network globally. In addition to Business development you will be mastering the value propositions and have success with bidding in overall for the Belt Monitoring technology (proposals and technology).

We need a for a self-driven “hunter” who can further develop and build up even more successful business, one should understands the market (specifically heavy industry, bulk material handling and processing especially belt conveyors and belting  or high technology products / condition monitoring systems / digital systems), competition and the industry best practices for the defined technology.

Your role is to make this business flourish by providing specialized engineering solutions to the customers as well as develop the overall digital marketing strategy for high technology products and systems for heavy industry globally.

Leading Belt Monitoring sales and marketing business globally you will:

  • Develop and manage successful sales marketing strategies globally and carry out CI activities
  • Make sales pitches, build the pipeline, draft proposals and to ensure number of profitable deals
  • Expand the company’s Belt Monitoring business footprint within the global market

In order to succeed in this role, we do expect:

  • A proven track record in successful Business Development in a global scope (B2B and OEM), in bulk material handling business
  • A result driven role model in sales and sales management as well as contribute to OI, NS, SM% increase
  • Team working skills & CI approach for the business functions
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English
  • Willingness and desire to travel
  • Bachelor or Master´s level degree

The business is done globally, your location is not set in stone if the global travelling is not an issue. The business language is English, and your superior will be based in Hollola, Finland.
