As the Global SDR Manager, you are the liaison between product marketing, marketing and sales and you will provide SDRs with content and sales resources from marketing to drive their success. Partnering with the sales team and sitting within the marketing organization, the Global SDR Manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the prospecting and sales processes. Success is measured by the amount of qualified opportunities driven by the SDR team (both inbound & outbound) as well as the overall revenue generated by the team.
Your day-to-day will consist of working with sales, product and regional marketing managers to ensure the SDR team is trained, informed, and supported enough to achieve their goals month-to-month. You will report directly to the Global Head of Marketing and will be directly responsible for enabling the entire SDR team to hit their monthly & quarterly quotas.
This position can be located in either London or New York.
Coach the global SDR team on a weekly basis.
Provide SDRs with a coaching cadence of time management, objection handling, prospecting tactics, and active listening skills.
Help hire & quickly ramp new SDRs with training, including product knowledge, buyer personas, competition, tools training, and plenty of role-plays.
Works collaboratively with sales & marketing to increase sales results and productivity by optimising and executing a full-funnel enablement program.
Provide effective onboarding and training programs for SDRs.
Strategize with sales and marketing counterparts on pipeline and prospecting initiatives to meet the company's objectives.
Inform and support SDR team with marketing data and ongoing marketing campaigns.
Create and coordinate educational content, email cadences, pitch decks, videos to support SDRs promoting marketing produced campaigns and content.
Pull intent based segments from third party technology for SDR to target via cadence.
Tracks and reports on sales enablement content usage.
Review and maintain metrics to ensure accurate management reports.
Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the SDR team.
Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders.
Build a trusted relationship with SDRs.
Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy.
Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need.
BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
5-7 years experience in a high-performance sales organization in enablement, learning and development, or product marketing
A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training
Experience with sales content management and learning management systems
Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
Knowledge of direct mail strategy and social selling tactics.
