We are looking for motivated and service-minded Guides to join our team in Rovaniemi for the winter season.

Your Responsibilities

• Guiding customers during various activities and tourism programs
• Ensuring safety and delivering a high-quality customer experience
• Assisting and advising customers before and during activities
• Working closely with other guides and tourism professionals

What We Expect from You

• Previous experience in customer service, tourism, or guiding roles
• A positive, responsible, and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Fluent English skills; additional language skills are considered an advantage
• A valid driving licence
• First aid skills are considered an advantage
• A valid work permit for Finland or EU citizenship

Salary is based on experience and according to the Collective Agreement for Programme Services.

Flexible Working Hours to Suit Your Lifestyle

We offer both full-time and part-time employment opportunities.

You can work, for example:

• Full-time throughout the season
• Part-time alongside your studies or other commitments
• On a flexible zero-hour contract
• With a fixed number of hours, for example 90 hours per 3 weeks
• Employment starts on 1 December 2026 and continues for one month or, depending on availability and mutual agreement, until February or March
