Head of Brand and Product Marketing

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, the Head of Brand and Product Marketing will oversee all Brand and Product marketing efforts, supporting business goals and driving ambitious revenue growth with an entrepreneurial mindset. You will be a hands-on, engaged leader with a successful track record of building a unique brand offering, product marketing and content & communications strategy globally. 

 

You will guide the Brand and Product marketing team in sharing our vision internally and externally and play a leading role in building out the new category of commerce experience and communicating Nosto + Stackla’s unique story and positioning in the market as the world’s leading commerce experience platform. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a global brand marketing strategy that supports the wider business objectives by leveraging the following marketing disciplines: Branding, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, PR & Comms.

  • Translate the strategic marketing plan into actionable targets and initiatives aligned with the Global Head of Marketing.

  • Define the positioning, branding and creative direction required to build a best-in-class global brand that speaks to our target market in a way that is clearly differentiated from the competition.

  • Harness content marketing and PR to Establish Nosto’s position as thought leaders within the category of commerce experience platform.

  • Create and execute the global content calendar - included localised and in language versions of the content when required for better success in key markets like Latam, France and DACH.

  • Work alongside the Head of growth to develop and execute an SEO strategy that will help increase our website traffic and brand credibility on search engines.

  • Work closely with the product team to package new products and features and create a clear value proposition aligned with our brand positioning.

  • Leverage product launches to drive awareness, demand generation and revenue growth from new and existing client base.

  • Own competitor analysis and strategy and provide sales enablement materials to the SDRs and BDMs teams.

  • Support and develop customer marketing campaigns aligned with the CS team needs.

  • Support and develop key proprietary lead generation concepts such as NES. 

  • Build, coach and manage a high-performing Brand and Product Marketing team.

 

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of marketing experience with recent and significant experience in a marketing leadership

  • Minimum 5+ years in a senior leadership role leading marketing for a software company

  • Well-rounded B2B technology marketing experience with extensive experience driving customer acquisition, marketing communications strategy and much more.

  • Experience managing both small and large teams, locally and globally dispersed.

  • Experienced in creating, implementing and refining successful SaaS-based strategies, including content marketing, email, etc.

  • Excellent executive communication skills including the ability to summarize, present and prioritize marketing initiatives.

  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the company, most importantly building strategic partnerships with sales and product.

  • Bachelor degree required
