Head of Marketing
Roima Intelligence empowers industrial companies worldwide with intelligent manufacturing and supply chain solutions. As we expand internationally, we are looking for a Head of Marketing who will accelerate Roima’s growth and establish our position as a recognized thought leader in industrial digitalization. Success in this role means delivering measurable business impact through brand elevation, demand generation, and market leadership.
In this strategic leadership role, you will define and execute Roima’s global marketing strategy, build a high-performing team, and drive demand across key markets in Europe and North America. Your work will directly influence Roima’s growth trajectory and strengthen our voice in the industry.
Your Responsibilities
- Set clear priorities and deliver impact: Achieve recognition for Roima as a trusted thought leader and drive tangible growth acceleration through marketing initiatives.
- Develop and execute Roima’s global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead Roima’s global marketing team across key regions in the Nordics, USA, and selected European markets, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Position Roima as a trusted voice in intelligent manufacturing and supply chain solutions.
- Build and enhance Roima’s brand presence across digital and traditional channels.
- Drive demand generation and manage multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, marketing automation) targeting manufacturing and supply chain audiences.
- Lead the transition from classic digital channels to AI-driven search and engagement models, ensuring Roima remains visible and competitive in the evolving landscape.
- Optimize Roima’s digital presence, including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and marketing automation.
- Develop and implement a scalable content strategy: blog posts, customer stories, whitepapers, product launches, and proof-of-value case studies that position Roima as a thought leader.
- Budget for, deliver, and analyze key marketing KPIs: including MQLs, CPL, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Drive integrated spearhead product marketing plans to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Provide market and customer insights to support strategic decision-making for the CRO and commercial leadership.
- Lead Roima’s event and webinar strategy, including industry conferences and customer events, to drive engagement and pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Commercial Product Management and Sales on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market activities for content creation and product-specific marketing plans.
- Support Roima’s M&A activities by leading marketing and brand integration post-acquisition, ensuring smooth external and internal communication and alignment.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing global B2B marketing teams, ideally in SaaS, industrial software, or digital transformation environments.
- Strategic yet hands-on attitude - comfortable operating at both planning and execution levels in a dynamic, international environment.
- Proven track record in marketing leadership roles in technology scaleups or established B2B brands, with hands-on expertise in demand generation and digital marketing.
- Deep familiarity with digital campaign tools (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, marketing automation), and experience adapting strategies for AI-driven search and content distribution.
- Excellent skills in messaging, storytelling, and campaign planning for complex, technical products.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing marketing ROI.
- Experience with marketing aspects of M&A integration is a strong plus.
- Master’s Degree or equivalent required.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
In this role, you will report to Roima’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and be a key member of the marketing and commercial organization, working closely with the CRO and other business leaders.
Location: Flexible within Roima’s operating regions in Europe and North America.
