We are now looking for a Head of Project Development to lead and further develop Peab’s property development operations in Finland. This is a permanent senior leadership position with full responsibility for real estate development across residential and selected commercial segments.

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of real estate development, construction, and long-term value creation, with end-to-end responsibility from early-stage opportunity identification through to investment decision.

Your responsibilities include:

• Defining and executing the overall strategy and business plan for project development in Finland
• Leading the full value chain from land acquisition and development to production, sales, and aftermarket services
• Driving profitability, investments, and operational performance in line with strategic targets
• Leading and developing core functions across commercial development, land acquisition, sales, marketing, customer experience, and business development
• Acting as a people leader for senior functional heads and specialists, fostering a high-performing and collaborative culture
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, municipalities, authorities, partners, and customers

You will report to the Head of Project Development, Göran Linder, and be a key member of the Finnish management team. Your primary office location will be Helsinki, with regular travel to meet colleagues and external stakeholders.

We expect you to have:

• A relevant higher education degree (M.Sc. in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent)
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development, project management, and strategic leadership
• A proven track record in leading commercially driven operations and delivering strong financial performance
• Experience in managing complex organizations and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of the Finnish real estate and construction market
• Fluency in both Finnish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
