Head of Sales & Partnerships

About the Role
We’re now looking for a Head of Sales & Partnerships to join our growth story! You will play an important role in driving the growth and evolution of our commercial operations at the Fidelix Product & Cloud business. With an established foundation in building automation product sales to system integrators, your leadership will be critical in maintaining these long-term partnerships while spearheading a new solution sales approach targeting end customers (building owners).
Key Responsibilities
Leadership in sales & support
o Lead, coach and manage the sales, presales, and support teams in all Fidelix countries.
o Drive the development of a culture of collaboration, excellence and accountability.
o Support the development of scalable support and onboarding models to improve customer and partner experiences.
o Lead by example and personally own relationship with key partners.
Strengthen and expand product sales through partners
o Maintain and grow long-term partnerships with Fidelix system integrators
o Together with your team own the relationship with the partner for the whole lifecycle, starting from initial onboarding
Build and lead our solution sales approach
o Develop and execute strategies to engage end customers (building owners and OEM manufacturers) with tailored solutions.
o Drive solution sales directly and in collaboration with internal and external partners, addressing customer needs and creating measurable value.
o Sales enablement for sales teams for our solutions within Fidelix, Assemblin Caverion Group and partners
Offering development in collaboration with product teams
o Conduct market analysis with your team to refine our offerings, addressing both partner and end-customer needs.
o Collaborate with internal product development teams to develop our commercial offering, solutions and the underlying products.

Expectations for the role
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of driving growth in both product and solution sales.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams located in different countries.
- Understanding of the building automation or smart building industry or an industry with similar value chains (technology vendors – partners – end customers).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Finnish a must have due to needs of the local customer base, fluent working English needed for international work.
