HR Business Partner

The HR team is now seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner. This role will be pivotal in supporting designated business teams and leading initiatives in employee experience areas such as talent acquisition and employer branding, talent management etc. The position is permanent, full-time and based in Helsinki, Finland.
The Role
This is an exciting role as it includes both HR business partnering as well as elements of employee experience. As an HR Business Partner, your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the HR BP to designated business units, providing operational and strategic HR support and guidance in all people matters.
- Leading one or several employee experience initiatives in areas such as talent acquisition and employer branding, to enhance our overall employee experience.
- Collaborating with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals.
- Ensuring compliance with Finnish employment law and regulations.
- Developing and driving initiatives to improve the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Leading HR projects and deliverables, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role we believe that you recognize yourself in the following;
- Relevant education background and some 5 years experience as an HRBP
- Deep understanding and experience of the entire employee life cycle.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute projects effectively.
- Solid knowledge of Finnish employment law.
- Social and approachable personality, with a passion for redesigning and scaling HR deliveries.
- A structured way of working in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Experiences iof various HCM and ATS systems will be beneficial.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other Nordic languages are an advantage).
Above all, we value a team-oriented and positive attitude and willingness to develop the HR deliverables. As a person, you enjoy collaborating in the team and participating with new ideas. A plus is if you have previous experiences in job architecture/position grading projects.
