Now we have an open position in Roima’s group functions with the focus on HR and finance – many interesting and variable tasks in international business environment are guaranteed! 

We are looking for HR & Finance Specialist who will work in Roima Denmark’s office in Aalborg in a dual role with various HR and financial tasks. In this role you are responsible for local HR tasks supported by the international HR team, such as recruitment, onboarding and updating personnel information in HRM system. You also work as part of Roima’s international finance team in local administration related to supplier invoice management, credit collection and you are responsible for collecting the payroll material of Roima Denmark employees.  

The position also includes tasks related to the Aalborg office, such as active participation in office management and managing and ordering equipment and supplies as needed. There are approximately 35 employees in our Aalborg office to offer you a work environment where you won't be alone with your work. This role is a perfect opportunity to gain experience on various aspects of support functions in an international company, a combination of independency and support from international team. 
 

Role description 

  • Local HR support: Recruitment and onboarding support and management of personnel data
  • Office manager duties: Active participation in office management and managing and ordering equipment and supplies as needed. 

  • Finance assistance: Supplier invoice management, local administration related to governmental and financial institutions etc and credit collection 

  • Payroll assistance: Collecting and reviewing the payroll material to be delivered to salary calculation 

  • Assistant duties: Assistant support for local management  

  • General administration 

 

We expect you to have    

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Danish and English 

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in similar position 

  • University College business administration degree or similar 

  • Love to learn new things to improve yourself and your work  

  • Self-starting, self-driven, and execution-oriented attitude 

  • Good MS Office and Excel skills
