HR Generalist (f/m/d)

About The Role

As an HR Generalist, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including end-to-end recruitment, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. Working closely with leaders and teams across the organization, you will help implement HR policies and people programs while supporting workforce planning and organizational change initiatives. You will ensure accurate HR data management, regulatory compliance, and the continuous improvement of HR processes.

This role suits a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and can work autonomously, You communicates effectively and you deliver reliable, high-quality HR support to employees and managers in all Elisa Industriq legal entities in US and Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle for the US and Canada workforce, including hiring, contract management, onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
  • Manage and serve as the primary point of contact for employee leave programs, including vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and other statutory obligations.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles in close partnership with hiring managers and the Elisa Industriq TA team.
  • Coordinate and process payroll, benefits administration and improvements, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Ensure compliance with US and Canadian federal, state, and local labor laws, maintaining up-to-date policies and HR documentation.

About The Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role.
  • Experience working in an international environment, preferably in the Software industry.
  • Strong human resources and people management skills.
  • Track record and knowledge of procedures and practices that govern HR administration.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of legal compliance of state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws.
  • Excellent hands-on experience with Workday for employee administration.
