What you will be doing:

As HR Shared Services Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our HR Shared Services team, serving as the go-to person for all things HR admin, payroll, and process improvement across the EMEA region.

Your mission includes:

• Overseeing daily HRSS operations with precision and efficiency — managing payroll hands-on and resolving issues promptly to keep everything running smoothly
• Ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations, internal policies, and standards, while enhancing socially responsible practices and implementing effective control mechanisms
• Acting as the regional subject matter expert for HRSS processes, policy harmonization, and HR systems — with a strong emphasis on Workday
• Championing service delivery excellence, focusing on scalability, speed, and consistent quality
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and optimization of Workday and other HR systems
• Driving recruitment efforts for key HRSS positions and coaching a high-performing, collaborative team
• Monitoring and analyzing key people-related KPIs, ensuring data-driven insights support business and HR goals
• Simplifying and standardizing HR processes to create a seamless and engaging employee experience across the region

What you need to succeed:

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a similar HRSS leadership role – ideally across multiple EMEA countries
• Hands-on experience with EMEA payroll and working with external payroll bureaus
• Deep knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, ideally within Workday
• A strong grasp of process improvement, HR policies, and harmonization strategies
• Project management skills to drive transformation and ensure seamless service delivery
• A solution-focused mindset – you see opportunities where others see obstacles
• Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential issues
• Stellar communication – crisp, clear, and credible across cultures and functions
