HRSS Specialist with German
Hybrid, Krakow
We’re looking for an EMEA HRSS Specialist (German-speaking) to join our HR Operations team in Kraków. In this role, you’ll support our HR operations across the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria), ensuring smooth, accurate and efficient HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle. You will act as a key operational partner for local HR teams and contribute to delivering a seamless employee experience across our brands.
We are looking for someone with strong HR administration expertise, very good understanding of payroll processes, and solid hands-on experience with Workday and SAP HR systems. The ideal candidate has experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations in an international environment and is confident working with complex, multi-country HR processes.
What you will be doing:
- Work closely with HR teams across all brands, supporting ad-hoc operational HR, payroll and administrative requests
- Maintain and update employee data in Workday for the EMEA region, ensuring high data accuracy, compliance, and payroll integrity
- Take ownership of operational HR changes, payroll-related processes, and lifecycle processes when required
- Manage HR administration processes across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding), including payroll inputs/coordination, within the assigned countries (DACH region)
- Ensure smooth execution of recurring HR admin and payroll activities for Germany, Switzerland, and Austria
- Act as a reliable operational partner supporting consistency and efficiency across HR and payroll processes
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations in a fast‑paced environment
- Full proficiency in German and communicative English
- HR Administration expertise, including Workday, SAP, or similar HRIS systems
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications — intermediate or advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong planning, organizing, and time‑management skills
- Excellent communication skills for clearly conveying ideas and collaborating with stakeholders
