Inside Sales Specialist – New Business Development (Helsinki)

Are you ready to join a dynamic sales team and drive new business growth for Elisa Polystar? We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Specialist to focus on identifying and converting new opportunities across our target markets.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage new prospects: hunt, land, and expand
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and present compelling OSS software solutions
  • Leverage the full Elisa Polystar portfolio to craft tailored sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the sales cycle and customer onboarding
  • Work closely with our Inside Sales Team in Helsinki office

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with global software vendors, preferably in the telecom domain
  • Solid understanding of mobile networks and software solutions, such as customer experience management, data operations, analytics, and monitoring
  • Fluent in English with excellent presentation and communication skills; additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German) are a plus
  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones in a hybrid work environment
  • Self-driven, tech-savvy, and confident in navigating complex sales interactions
  • Some travel is required
  • Legally eligible to work in Helsinki
