We are looking for an International Marketing Manager to help develop our growing International market. Reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing, you will actively contribute to defining the local marketing strategy and drive hands-on execution in a growing, venture-backed tech company with a well-developed Marketing team, supportive environment, and great culture. In close collaboration with our International sales, partner and customer success teams, you’ll ideate and localise our marketing activities for our key markets: APAC-including Australia and New Zealand, EMEA - including France, Germany and Spain-, and LATAM.
This position can be based in Paris or Berlin.
Manage Regional Marketing Campaigns, including their localization with local partners and/or customer use cases
Develop an international marketing strategy aligned with our Global Marketing strategy and International sales, partner, and customer success strategy.
With the support of our content team, ideate and execute local content campaigns
Localize global campaigns by creating regional website Landing Pages (Wordpress), Emails on Marketo, Keynote or Webinar presentations, Blog posts, Physical/virtual events, Social posts, and Paid media
Manage translations for key pieces of content that need translations for your key markets (in collaboration with our translation agency)
Develop good relationships with key local partners - Agencies, Tech Partners, Platforms - addressing the same target market to localize our global partner marketing campaigns.
Expand and execute on co-marketing opportunities beyond our existing partner network: such as partner events, partner ebooks, partner webinars, guest blogging…
In alignment with product marketing, develop offerings that strengthen partnerships, go-to-market execution, and result in increasing referrals and joint upsells.
In partnership with the Content and Local CSM team, identify key customer references
Run Customer interviews and help create compelling case studies that support the sales and customer success teams in signing new and upsell deals
In partnership with Demand Generation and the Sales team, ideate and execute account-based marketing campaigns that drive net new opportunities within our target account list
Qualifications And Skills Required
4+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing
English and French fluency - German or Spanish are a plus.
Experience in the SAAS industry, knowledge of the ecommerce tech ecosystem is a plus
Experience in partner marketing — this channel is a critical part of our go-to-market strategy, and you will spend a significant percentage of your time and resources working with our partners to deliver creative campaigns and initiatives
Proven campaign creativity and execution — you will have a verifiable track record of high impact, innovative campaigns and bringing them to life
Being a team player and a good person — Nostonians collaborate across multiple departments and time zones to drive value for our merchants, and we have high standards for how we treat each other
Can-do attitude, autonomy, and proven capabilities to collaboratively work in an international organization
Preferably located in Paris or Berlin
