Amer Sports Global Business Services is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Invoice to Cash Accounting Assistant – Retail/E-commerce to manage the daily review and reconciliation of Retail and E-commerce portfolios. This role focuses on identifying discrepancies, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution and reporting. What you will be doing:

• Portfolio Review & Issue Resolution:
  • Reviewing assigned Retail and E-commerce accounts to identify and address discrepancies.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and monitor progress.
• Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Conducting weekly and monthly reviews of open items, overdue discrepancies, and dunning areas.
  • Preparing reports on unresolved issues and discrepancies eligible for write-offs.
• Compliance & Closing Activities:
  • Ensuring timely period-end closing and adherence to company procedures.
  • Handling audit requests and supporting documentation needs.
• Team Communication:
  • Reporting updates and challenges to the Team Leader.

What you need to succeed:

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Investigative mindset with the initiative to solve problems proactively.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes.
• A team player with strong communication skills.
