We are looking for an experienced and spirited IPR Sales Lead to join our professional and committed team. We currently have one IPR Sales Lead and now we are seeking for another experienced person to drive growth in IPR licensing. As an IPR Sales Lead, you are responsible for VTT’s IPR portfolio commercialization. You identify new potential licensing opportunities, facilitate and lead sales negotiations together with your sales colleagues and develop IPR sales capability within the sales organization.

As an IPR Sales Lead, you will operate as part of the sales organization function and focus on IPR licensing and selected litigations. You will work in close collaboration with the research teams, technology managers, and business support functions, as well as with VTT’s customers.

With us you will be responsible for

  • Identification of potential licensing opportunities and target customers
  • Valuation and pricing of IPR licensing cases
  • Leading sales negotiations, resulting increased growth in IPR-licensing
  • Managing litigation cases, supported by legal, IPR-Management team and research area colleagues
  • Developing IPR sales capability within sales organisation

 

We expect you to have

  • As main element of your roles in past, you’ve gained experience in IPR valuation, pricing and sales negotiations with customers
  • Track record of driving growth through IPR-portfolio
  • Experience of IPR litigations abroad
