IT Manager
We are looking for an IT Manager to join the growing Sovereign Tech Agency. You will own our technology environment — keeping it reliable, secure, and well-integrated — and be responsible for both its strategic direction and for day-to-day operational implementation.
Working with our leadership team, you will select, implement, and operate the right infrastructure and tools, and make sure they are used effectively across the organization. As the go-to person for all IT matters, you'll work closely with the team, gather requirements, and help people get the most out of the systems we use through clear communication and hands-on support.
You will also develop and maintain a clear information architecture, making sure information and files are structured, findable, and usable over time. This includes leading system migrations and developing filing and storage standards. Furthermore, you will be responsible for our technical set-up and continuously improving our IT security, compliance, and processes. The role combines technical implementation, strategic thinking, and collaboration across the organization.
