Your role

As an IT Solution Owner, Order handling, you would be concentrating on helping Framery to take most out of Netsuite for order handling business processes, acting as a first point of contact to our customer interface teams that use our ERP, NetSuite. You are also responsible for managing integrations in between relevant IT systems, such as SalesForce. You will turn business requirements into technical solutions and handle your respective development backlog. Leading IT development projects in definition, development, testing and deployment phases and communicating changes to required stakeholders are an important part of your daily work as well as participating in maintenance of the systems that support our business. Sometimes you also find yourself in training end users.

Skills and competences that lead you to success in this role:

• Knowledge about business applications, especially about ERP, knowing other systems is a benefit
• Understanding of order handling processes, including order configuration, order creation & update, and order invoicing processes
• Ability to turn business requirements into IT requirements
• Interest in developing IT systems and thinking outside of the box
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience about ERP, experience with NetSuite is a benefit
• Experience in order configurators is considered as a plus

The IT Operational Excellence team and Framery IT in general focuses on working smart and never stops learning. We are a bunch of very different types of people; some outgoing, some focused on work, and many in between - Opposites complete each other, and help us succeed in supporting Framery in exceeding expectations. Depending on career ambitions, deep technical focus is encouraged, or responsibility is offered and coached.

Roles in IT OpEx team can be divided into two segments:

• IT Solution owners (SO's) are the main contact points to business functions, handle solution planning, manage respective backlogs, and act as IT project managers - Including SO, Order handling
• Technical experts handle system performance, maintenance, and technical development and architectural decisions - Support to SO’s in delivering planned solutions

We do our work in sprints, which are quite loose as sometimes ad-hoc support to business is required. We can quite freely opt to work remotely or come to the office - although coffee breaks and lunches talking about something other than work are much more common at the office.
