IT Support Specialist (Stockholm)

Role Overview 

We are looking for a skilled, proactive, and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on support and ensure smooth IT operations across our offices. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for internal users, ensuring high-quality service and supporting the tools and systems that keep our business running globally. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Deliver first- and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues. 

  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 (M365) services, including Teams and SharePoint. 

  • Handle office IT support, including meeting room equipment and peripherals. 

  • Install, configure, and maintain laptops and other devices for new and existing employees. 

  • Troubleshoot and support Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. 

  • Assist with user account management and access control. 

  • Collaborate on IT projects and contribute to global initiatives 

  • Document solutions and maintain accurate records in the ticketing system. 

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role. 

  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. 

  • Experience with M365 administration and related tools. 

  • Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting. 

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. 

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA A+) are a plus. 

  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
