As an IT Support Trainee, you have a great opportunity to grow and learn how the IT team maintains and develops tools, infrastructure, and systems. You will participate in end-user support, system administration, device management, and employee onboarding. To do all this, you’ll need good problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

As an IT Support Trainee, you'll be working with:

• Providing first-aid user support both remotely and on-site.
• Handling and resolving various IT requests via a ticketing system.
• Ordering and setting up new devices and peripherals, including meeting room devices, printers, and laptops.
• Managing IT asset management to ensure proper inventory tracking.
• Conducting IT onboarding for new employees.
• Performing basic administration tasks for our systems that end-users and team members use daily.

We Are Looking for:

• Strong skills in both macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Patient, people-oriented, and a positive, customer-focused attitude. 
• You enjoy helping others succeed in their daily tasks and can prioritize quickly. 
• Fast learner, with the ability to pick up new concepts and find solutions independently. 
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Finnish are essential. 

Practicalities

This trainee position is a full-time job for a fixed-term period until the end of August 2026. We hope you can start in May, but starting and ending dates can be agreed on together to best suit the needs of both parties. 

The position is located in Framery HQ in Tampere, though remote work can occasionally be arranged.
The compensation for the role is based on our trainee salary, which ranges from 2250€ to 2550€ per month for a full-time contract. The final compensation depends on the achieved study credits.
