Framery is constantly beating the odds in the soundproof pod industry. It all started with Framery, and the Finnish success story continues with the next generation of phone booths, Framery One, the world’s first connected acoustic pod.
We are now looking for an IT System Specialist Trainee to ensure that magic behind soundproof pods happens in the future as well, with smart and connected digital systems. Join Framery’s IT team and kickstart your career by deepening your knowledge about the ERP system Netsuite, and grow to become a Netsuite expert. If you want to join an ambitious growth company that continuously strives for the best and has an employee-centered culture, keep on reading!
We would hope that you are a recent graduate, or in your final year of studies, of information systems, software engineering, business administration, supply chain, finance or another relevant field.
As a System Specialist Trainee you have a great opportunity to grow and learn how business system design, development, integration work and testing are done in real life. We have a great amount of projects in supply chain, service and finance areas and you would be helping different team members across the organization to solve complex business issues from planning to execution. Your role in these projects would vary from supporting implementation, to technical specifications and independent project management. We expect you to have a willingness to grow, develop and learn fast - we are willing to train you to become a professional! One essential part of the role is to understand different functions and processes across the organization, gathering and communicating information, and due to overlapping projects and development tasks, you need to have the ability to manage several topics at the same time.
You will also respond to Netsuite related questions coming from different business units and act as an advisor and technical support to end users and superusers. You will have independence to develop the end user support process to ensure our ERP runs smoothly and develop it to be as bug free as possible. Sometimes you will also find yourself training end users.
Work would also include maintaining our development backlog and designing, developing, testing, and deploying system related changes based on requests. If you are keen on working with more technical topics than just configurations of ERP’s we can make that happen as well.
To succeed in this role:
This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious but joyful working culture.
As experts in happy workplaces, we take the well-being of our employees very seriously. Framerians come first and customers are a very close second. We work in a hybrid model so you have the flexibility to work from home from time to time, in addition to our HQ in Tampere.
This position will start as fixed-term until the end of August 2022. You may start part-time, but we hope you will be able to work full-time latest from early spring 2022.
