Accountor is seeking a talented Group Financial Controller on behalf of a company located south of Copenhagen.

This is a unique opportunity to take on a central role in a growing international business that operates at a high pace, supporting the Group’s strategic development and aligning financial structures across subsidiaries.

About the Role
The position offers a dynamic international scope, requiring occasional travel and a flexible approach. You will report directly to the Group CFO and collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the Group ERP system.
• Oversee and develop accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinate month-end closing processes and Group consolidation.
• Handle tax matters, including Transfer Pricing structures.
• Manage treasury and liquidity functions.
• Integrate newly acquired businesses into the Group's financial structure.
• Provide financial and accounting support for management decision-making.

Your Profile
We are looking for a proactive professional with:

• A strong background in finance or auditing.
• Solid IT expertise, with experience in Dynamics Business Central being an advantage.
• A hands-on mindset to handle diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to build scalable processes to support both organic growth and M&A activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and effective collaboration across the organization.
