We’re looking for a Senior AP Accountant to lead our U.S. accounts payable function and ensure our financial processes run smoothly across the globe.

About the Role:

As a Senior AP Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all AP activities for our U.S. operations, ensuring compliance with U.S. tax regulations (W9, 1099, and Sales Tax), and streamlining processes using D365FO.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end AP processes for U.S. entities with a focus on compliance and efficiency

• Manage vendor tax documentation (W9 & 1099), and validate Sales Tax calculations

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments

• Reconcile AP accounts and support month-end/year-end close

• Work cross-functionally with procurement and finance teams to optimize AP workflows

• Assist with system improvements and automation within D365FO

Who You Are:

• You bring solid AP experience, including knowledge of U.S. tax compliance (W9, 1099, Sales Tax)

• Proficient in ERP systems (preferably D365FO)

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset

• A team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for process optimization

• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
