As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a strategic partner for customers throughout their journey with us, understanding their business needs and serving as their trusted advisor. You will collaborate with customers to develop success plans, define business objectives, and strategize ways to achieve them with our solutions. Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations will be pivotal, as you advocate for customers internally and inspire colleagues to prioritize customer success.  

Utilizing data to develop actionable strategies and enhance customer experiences will be a key aspect of the role. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to upselling and cross-selling services and solutions to customers, in collaboration with sales representatives. You will be managing an initial customer portfolio that will grow over time. 

You will be working as part of the Professional Services & Consulting organization, cooperating daily with Consultants and Project Managers eager to support you with their vast knowledge of our customers, products and services. Most of your team is located at our headquarters in Espoo, Tampere and Turku, but we also have locations in Oulu, Jyväskylä, and Stockholm, and we work with a flexible hybrid model.

With these skills you are one step ahead 

  • Excellent verbal and written skills both in Finnish and English (Swedish proficiency advantageous) 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with customer stakeholders 

  • Organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities 

  • Prior involvement in customer experience improvement initiatives 

  • Solid business acumen and analytical thinking capabilities 

  • Experience in Financial Management, Enterprise Software, or B2B Networks is seen as a plus 

  • Background in B2B sales or experience in collaborating with sales representatives is seen as an advantage
