Junior AI Agent Developer
Join Elisa Industriq as a Junior AI Agent Developer!
As a Junior AI Agent Developer, you will support the development and day-to-day operation of AI agents built in Flowise (LangChain-based), running in our Azure Cloud environment and deployed through Open WebUI.
We’re looking for a talented freelancer to join our team for 100–120 hours per month, with a 1-year contract and a potential for a long-term collaboration.
What You’ll Do
Integrations & platform operations: Connect Flowise agents to internal and external systems (REST APIs, databases, files, search, CRM), and support deployments, configuration, upgrades, monitoring, and incident troubleshooting in Azure.
Agent configuration & improvement: Adjust prompts, variables, tools, and flow parameters to improve output quality, stability, and user experience.
Data handling & RAG support: Maintain ingestion pipelines (documents, metadata), basic chunking/embedding configurations, and connectivity to vector stores or search.
Testing, regression checks & documentation: Run basic test cases (smoke tests, golden prompts), document expected behavior and identify breaking changes before releases. Keep platform documentation, integration guides, and troubleshooting steps up to date.
Open WebUI & security support: Configure agent availability, permissions, and deployments; support internal users with common issues and follow secure practices for secrets, access rights, and data handling.
What We’re Looking For
Required Knowledge & Skills
Programming fundamentals: TypeScript/JavaScript and/or Python; ability to read and modify existing code and scripts.
API integration skills: REST APIs, authentication (API keys, OAuth basics), JSON, and webhooks.
Flowise familiarity (or strong willingness to learn): Ability to configure nodes, variables, and tool connections, and understand flows at a high level.
Cloud fundamentals (Azure preferred): Basic understanding of cloud services, containers, logs, and networking concepts.
Problem-solving & communication: Ability to reproduce issues, collect logs, explain findings clearly, and collaborate with senior developers.
Nice to Have
Basic understanding of LangChain concepts (tools, retrieval, prompts) and LLM-based agent behavior
Experience with Open WebUI or similar chat/agent front-ends
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD basics, and monitoring tools
Intro-level knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector stores, and document processing
