Junior Designer (m/f/d)

Join Atomic as a Junior Designer shaping the seasonal CMF ( Colour, Material and Finish) concepts, and craft immersive retail experiences, from shopwindows to tradefair setups – all fueled by the same pioneering spirit that drives our skis and pushes the sport forward.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the design of seasonal products, including CMF explorations and concept development.
  • Research and track 3D, graphic, and CMF trends to spark new ideas.
  • Create 2D and 3D visualizations, mockups, and mood boards for seasonal briefings.
  • Organize and document design workshops, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in the design of retail and brand experiences, including trade fair booths, shop windows, and pop-up spaces.
  • Conceptualize and support the creation of POS tools, packaging, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Prepare technical drawings and tech packs, coordinating with external vendors for seamless execution.

Your profile and required competencies:

  • Degree in Industrial, Product, or Interior Design; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • 1–2 internships or early work experience in Product or Interior Design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling, with strong hand-sketching and visualization skills.
  • Hands on maker skills, confident in tackling practical design tasks.
  • Basic understanding of material properties and mechanical engineering principles.
  • Strong interest in design trends, with the ability to communicate them through mood boards and presentations.
  • Independent, self-driven team player with excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the confidence to champion your ideas and the persuasion skills to inspire others.
  • Passionate about skiing, snowboarding, and the thrill of winter sports.

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for employees in the wood industry. An appropriate overpayment is offered, depending on your individual qualifications and professional experience, as well as development opportunities within a globally operating corporate group.
