Key Account Manager / Area Sales Manager

As a Key Account Manager / Area Sales Manager for Norway, you’ll play a central role in strengthening Atomics’ position in the Norwegian market. This is a strategic sales role where you’ll work closely with key retail partners to ensure our world-class ski products reach the right skier, at the right time, in the right place. We are seeking an operationally strong, yet strategically smart team player to take on the challenge.
KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage and grow key accounts and specialist retailers across Norway.
- Translate brand and business goals into actionable account strategies.
- Drive sell-in and sell-through performance across Atomic’s product categories.
- Build annual, seasonal, and monthly budgets and forecasts by account.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the local marketing team to implement Atomic’s marketing strategy and ensure in-store excellence across key retail partners.
- Manage legal contracts with strategic key accounts and develop long-term Joint Business Plans.
- Represent Atomic at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events.
- Analyze market trends and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in key account management or as a winter sports equipment specialist, preferably within the sports or outdoor industry
- Strong understanding of the Norwegian retail landscape
- Commercial mindset with a results-driven, customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
- Willingness to travel
- Higher education in economics, sales, or business is a strong plus
- Genuine passion for skiing and winter sports
