Grow strategic customer partnerships and create new business as a Key Account Manager 

Are you energized by developing long-term customer partnerships, identifying new growth opportunities and turning customer insight into commercial results? 

Premix is a Finnish, internationally operating company in electrically conductive plastics. We are already on a strong growth path across international markets and customer industries. To strengthen this growth, we are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to develop strategic customer partnerships, win new business and help take Premix forward. One of our strategic ambitions is to be loved by our customers. For us, this means understanding our customers’ businesses, looking at the market from their perspective and creating value throughout the relationship. 

Your main responsibilities are to: 

  • manage and develop selected key customer accounts  

  • grow revenue, profitability and customer share  

  • identify and win new customers, applications and business opportunities  

  • lead commercial negotiations and annual agreements  

  • build strong customer relationships across multiple organizational levels  

  • bring customer and market insights into Premix  

  • work closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, product development and production  

You are likely to succeed if you: 

  • have several years of experience in key account management or complex B2B sales  

  • combine strategic thinking with hands-on commercial execution  

  • enjoy both developing existing customers and acquiring new business  

  • work independently and take ownership of results  

  • build trust-based customer relationships  

  • understand how customer value translates into business growth  

Experience in plastics, polymers or other technical B2B industries is an advantage but not a requirement.

Location and travel 

This is an international role that requires regular travel to customers, partners, industry events and Premix locations. The primary location for this position is Premix’s headquarters and production site in Rajamäki, Finland but we work in hybrid working model. For an exceptional candidate with particularly relevant experience, another location may also be considered.
