Key Account Manager

We are continuing to expand our presence in the DACH-region and therefore, we are now looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to strengthen our growing commercial team in Germany.
This is a hybrid position with regular commute to our Wiesbaden office in the Rhine-Main region.
You will report directly to Sina Gebhardt, Regional Director DACH, whose leadership style is defined by clarity, trust and straightforward communication. She values transparency, empowers her team to take ownership, and fosters an open, collaborative environment where everyone can make real impact.
The role
As Key Account Manager, you will play an important role in the continued success of the DACH business unit, working hands-on with leading drugstore customers. You will manage and develop key accounts, lead annual negotiations and joint business planning, drive sell-in targets and ensure strong operational execution. You will work independently in a complex customer environment, supported by a collaborative DACH and international team.
Main tasks:
- Full key account responsibility for selected drugstore customers in DACH.
- Ownership of customer relationships, including negotiations, annual joint business planning and year-end meetings.
- Monitoring and analysis of sell-out performance, ensuring successful launches and ongoing assortment optimization.
- Analytical ownership of forecasts, performance tracking and commercial results.
- Preparation of customer presentations, assortment proposals and commercial analyses.
- Ensure smooth execution through close internal coordination with Business Controlling, Forecast & Demand Planning and Global Commercial Strategy teams.
- Contribute to business development initiatives, including identifying new customer opportunities and growth potential for our brands.

What we believe you have
- Several years of experience working as a Key Account Manager within FMCG drugstore retail.
- A relevant university degree or equivalent.
- Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with sell-out data, forecasts and performance follow-up.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Native speaking abilities in German and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently as the job will partly be done from your home office.
- Good knowledge of the market and retail structures of the beauty industry is a plus.
