We are now looking for a Kitchen Shift Supervisor for the kitchen of Star Arctic Hotel for a full-time, fixed-term position for the winter season 2026!

As a Kitchen Shift Supervisor, your most important task is to lead the kitchen team to top performance during your shift. You will work in all shifts, and your duties will be varied, including: ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen and providing high-quality supervisory work, anticipating upcoming reservations together with the Head Chef, as well as other kitchen tasks such as prep work and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

The job starts as soon as possible by agreement and will continue until March–April 2026. The position involves two-shift work on weekdays and weekends. The terms of employment are following the Finnish Collective agreement for hotel- and restaurant industry. Salary according to the agreement. The employment contract will be made between Bondata and the employee. Accommodation can be arranged if needed for a reasonable rent. Having your own car is an advantage in this area.

• Strong previous à la carte experience and corresponding supervisory experience

• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to lead a team to success

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

• An enthusiastic and positive service attitude

• B-driving lisence and own car are an advantage in this area

• Hygiene passport, we will help you to get it

• Fluent Finnish and/or English skills; other language skills are considered an advantage
