Arctic Career is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor for our client in Rovaniemi for the magical winter season 2026–2027!

In this role, you will be a key part of the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality food production in a fast-paced international environment. You will work closely with the Head Chef and support the team in delivering memorable dining experiences for guests from all over the world.

This is a unique opportunity to work in the heart of Lapland – surrounded by snowy landscapes, Northern Lights, and a truly international atmosphere.

What will you do?

• Lead and support the kitchen team during shifts
• Ensure smooth daily operations and service flow
• Maintain high standards in food quality, hygiene, and safety
• Support in planning and organizing kitchen work
• Step in where needed – hands-on role in food preparation

What do we expect from you?

• Previous experience in a similar role or strong experience as a chef
• Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
• Good communication skills in English
• Positive attitude and hands-on approach
• Flexibility for seasonal work
