What You'll Do

• Innovate & Optimize: Work on a high-performance, distributed monitoring system, turning product requirements into powerful features.
• Improve & Evolve: Enhance continuous integration and delivery processes, refining both product and deployment pipelines.
• Solve Real Challenges: Address intriguing challenges across internal and production systems

What We're Looking For

• Kotlin Development Skills – You have experience building backend systems in Kotlin or are eager and curious to learn it quickly.
  • A strong Java background is an excellent foundation for picking up Kotlin.
• Kubernetes Skills – Comfortable deploying and managing containerized applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Curious Mindset – Interested in signaling, protocols, and mobile networks? Perfect!
• Tech Enthusiast – Enjoy working in a creative, problem-solving, high-tech environment.
• Bonus Points – Experience or interest in telecom protocols, real-time systems, network programming, AI/ML, and/or databases.

Tech Stack

• Backend: Kotlin (Java experience is a strong foundation)
• Frontend: TypeScript + React (nice to have)
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions
• Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
• Databases & Search: PostgreSQL, OpenSearch
• Messaging & Streaming: Apache Kafka

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: Starting at 2800€ per month (gross), depending on skills and experience.
• Hybrid and Flexible working time (Remote work possible)
• 5 days of fully paid sick leave (beyond the statutory entitlement)
