Join us on an exciting journey of exploration and innovation to enable our customers to make data-driven decisions about office development. We collect a vast amount of data from Framery pods located all around the world, and we are uncovering valuable insights from this data. 

In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping data-centric software products and services that drive customer value. You'll work together with product management and influence product roadmaps as well as with our ~10 product/feature team members to deliver the product outcomes. 

In this role you will..

• Have a crucial role in building data-centric software products and services that create customer value
• Research and validate data analytics and insight concepts defined together with business and technology stakeholders
• Work together with other engineering leadership members to create technology roadmaps and architectures
• Introduce new technologies and concepts that improve the ways of working or the technology stack
• Coach the more junior members of your team
• Work together with the team lead(s) to develop the team’s technical competencies further

What we expect from you…

• Technology leadership experience
• Experience in using statistics and machine learning to find insights from telemetry type of data mass
• Ability to work together with data/platform engineers to build data processing pipelines
• Expertise in integrating machine learning solutions into cloud (AWS)
• Previous experience in agile software development with some of the technologies we use (Python, R, Golang, SQL)
• Experience from working in a remote geographically dispersed team
• Good spoken and written language skills in English, Finnish skills are considered an advantage
• Familiarity of working with IoT device data is considered as a plus

You can work where you feel most at ease, thus, you can choose whether to work in our office in Tampere, at home, or anywhere else in Finland, but we hope you can also come to the office in Tampere every two weeks.
