As Legal Counsel you will report to Beatriz de Prince Rasi, Group Privacy and Legal Manager, and be part of Nomentia’s Finance & Legal unit, working closely with Sales on DACH deals, support expansion in the Nordics, and contribute to building scalable legal processes for a fast-growing European SaaS company. Role detailsÂ
As Legal Counsel, you will:Â
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial SaaS agreements, including:Â Â
Master Service Agreements (MSAs)Â
NDAsÂ
Vendor and partnership contractsÂ
Provide legal advice on German contract law and related commercial regulationsÂ
Support Sales teams in closing deals with DACH customersÂ
Assist with contract templates, playbooks, and internal legal processesÂ
Support expansion into Nordic markets, where relevantÂ
Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Product, and Leadership teams

What we’re looking forÂ
EssentialÂ
Law degree (LLB, LLM, or equivalent)Â
Professional experience in commercial or technology lawÂ
Demonstrated expertise in German contract law, with proven experience advising on and negotiating commercial agreementsÂ
Native-level German Â
Fluent English and Finnish Â
Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial teamsÂ
Readiness to utilize AI tools in day-to-day legal workÂ
DesirableÂ
Familiarity with Finnish or broader Nordic commercial lawÂ
In-house legal experience in a SaaS or technology companyÂ
Previous experience in negotiating B2B technology or SaaS contractsÂ

Practical informationÂ
Salary range: 58 000–68 000€ gross annually depending on skills and experience + up to 10% annual bonus at target level (if company-wide goals are met).    Â
