Logistics Assistant
Are you our next Quality Maker? We are looking for an energetic team member to join our international EQA logistics team for packaging and shipping tasks in Poland. The role of Logistics Assistant offers an exciting variety of responsibilities within international logistics. We provide thorough onboarding and the full support of our logistics team to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities and tasks
- Customer service
- Receiving shipments
- Storing products
- Labeling and packaging products
- Mailing
- Preparing international courier shipments and drafting shipping documents
- Communicating with shipment recipients
- Various general office tasks
Required Qualifications and Competencies
- A relevant vocational, BSc. or MSc. degree
- Customer service mindset and proactivity
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a EQA / Logistics Assistant
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to focus on detail-oriented tasks
- Language skills: Polish & English (other languages are considered an advantage)

This is a full-time position based in Poland (Gdynia). EQA Assistant will report directly to the Managing Director of Aurevia (Labquality) Polska. We offer modern office spaces and a pleasant working environment. At Aurevia, you become part of a collaborative and approachable team!
