Logistics Specialist

To ensure our continued successful growth in the future, we are now looking for customer service-oriented and motivated Logistics Specialists to join our Global Logistics team. To succeed in this role, you would need to understand the stakeholder processes, logistics and supply chain related challenges.

Main responsibilities in this role

  • Outbound shipment scheduling and optimizing timely booking
  • Developing best practices for the daily work routines
  • Quote requests and transportation arrangements (e.g. larger project shipments)
  • Delivery time monitoring and proactive exception communication to relevant stakeholders
  • Logistics related trouble shooting
  • Document flow management
  • Freight invoice processing
  • Freight claim handling
  • Customer invoicing

The duties require on-site work at the factory, but remote work can be arranged from time to time.


Our ideal candidate would have

  • a precise and active way of working
  • good collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • good self-management skills and independent working style
  • the ability to manage stress, multitask and have an eye for detail
  • great communication skills to interact with external and internal stakeholders
  • fluent Finnish and English, spoken and written
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, international commerce, and incoterms.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a commercial or technical field
