We are seeking a results-oriented Manager to lead Loyalty and Donor Care unit at MSF Finland. This is a fixed-term position as a parental leave substitute, lasting approximately one year, from March 2025 until mid-April 2026.

You will lead the unit, responsible for improving donor retention, donor care, segmentation and various donor journeys, and donor communications across channels and target groups. Additionally, your unit manages the CRM system and its development, donor data and related data security, as well as producing reports and analyses for your area of responsibility.

You will inspire your team to achieve impactful results. You will directly manage five fundraising professionals and support the responsibles of donor care and telemarketing in leading their teams and achieving their goals.

In this role, you will report to the Head of the Fundraising Department and collaborate closely with other fundraising units and key internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading donor loyalty, donor care, and their strategic development
• Overall responsibility for segmentation, donor journeys, and donor communications at various stages of the donor lifecycle, as well as their strategic development together with the team
• Overall responsibility for donor service and telemarketing
• Leading the unit, coaching, developing competencies, and performing managerial duties
• Strategic development, budgeting, planning, and reporting for your area of responsibility with the support of your team

We are looking for someone with:

• Solid experience and proven results in successful fundraising, particularly in loyalty programs
• Experience with CRM systems in building loyalty programs
• A results-driven approach and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managerial roles and leadership skills
• Ability for strategic and analytical thinking
• Excellent social and collaboration skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong commitment to MSF values and principles
• Active participation in maintaining and promoting a healthy work culture

We also value:

• Fluent spoken and written Finnish
• A relevant university degree or equivalent demonstrated qualifications
• Strong experience with Salesforce NPSP
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketing Cloud)

Conditions of employment:

Employement type: Temporary position for duration of parental leave, ideally starting beginning of March 2025 until mid-April 2026, with 6 months probation period.

Work hours: 37,5 hours work week (100%)

Salary: 4049 € / month (2% annual loyalty increase applied to internal MSF candidates)

Vacation: According to Annual Leave Act, Saturdays not included

Location: Our office is in Vallila, Helsinki, and we offer a possibility to flexibly combine remote and local work according to your wishes.
