We are now looking for a 

Luxury Host  

for Stockmann Helsinki Department Store, responsible for the execution of sales and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in the Luxury Hall area. The role acts as the host of the luxury area, ensuring premium-level service, strong sales performance, and an attractive, commercially effective store environment. Additionally, the role is responsible for employee experience and ensures seamless collaboration with brand partners at an operational level.  

This is a full-time permanent position. You will work at our Helsinki flagship store, and your shifts will be during the store's hours of operation, including evening and weekend shifts. 

Where is your expertise needed? 

As a key member of the Luxury Hall team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving targets while ensuring a premium and personalized customer experience through active clienteling and long-term customer relationship building. You will lead by example, setting the standard for luxury-level service and proactively monitoring sales performance and business needs. 

You will support employee engagement and guide the team in daily operations, including coordinating staffing and shifts. You will also build strong relationships with our luxury brand partners and ensure smooth operational collaboration supporting brands with in-store execution and campaigns. You will collaborate closely with Stockmann’s Brand and Offering team to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful commercial execution.  

You will contribute to the commercial success and visual appeal of the Stockmann Luxury Hall by ensuring high visual standards and executing merchandising according to brand guidelines. With a strong commercial mindset, you will identify opportunities and drive sales while maintaining premium brand experience. 

What are we looking for? 

We are looking for a commercially minded professional with strong sales expertise and experience in luxury or premium retail. You have a strong customer focus and a proven ability to create an excellent customer experience while achieving commercial results. 

You are confident in guiding and organizing daily store operations and have strong communication and collaboration skills. You communicate fluently in both Finnish and English, proficiency in Chinese and Swedish is considered an asset. Relevant education in business, sales, fashion, or a related field is an advantage. 

Previous experience in a store environment and operational execution is required, while experience in visual merchandising is considered an advantage.
