Maintenance Manager

We are now looking for a Maintenance Manager to develop and maintain production preventive maintenance operations and lead projects related to facility improvements and maintenance. In this role you will participate in establishing and administering cross-functional projects if needed. You are ready to dig into technical issues that might occur in the factory or office environment and able to find solutions to them. 


Key tasks and responsibilities include also:

  • strong collaboration with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure internal stakeholder needs related to production and facilities.
  • collaboration with Production Supervisors and Operational Improvement Team in projects to upgrade and develop efficiency, safety and reliability in the assembly and packing operations
  • managing repairs and supplies, purchases, and budgets
  • ensuring compliances related to production operations and facilities
  • leading both strategically and hands-on our facility and workplace projects
  • project management with stakeholders, executing projects in a leased environment in collaboration with our property management
  • supporting and coordinating operative tasks in the facility team


You will succeed if you have:

  • degree in a technical, engineering, or relevant field
  • about 3-5 years’ experience from maintenance in factory or facility operations
  • proven skills in preventive maintenance
  • safety and risk management experience related to production and facility operations
  • experience from team leading role
  • the ability to interact with all levels of the organization on daily basis and commensurate communication skills
  • a team player attitude and you can work independently with minimal supervision
  • understanding in construction engineering and ability to read electrical wiring diagrams, control logic and mechanical drawings is an asset
  • experience in executing projects in a leased environment in collaboration with property management groups is seen as a benefit
  • fluent communication skills in Finnish and English
