Manager, Communications
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Communications Manager to lead and develop our company's communications. As the Communications Manager, you will be responsible for internal and external communications, investor relations (IR), media relations, brand management, and crisis communications. Your tasks will include leading the communications network and collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilies are:
- Planning and implementing the communication strategy
- Managing Investor relations (IR; investor relations, financial communications, stock exchange releases)
- Coordinating internal and external communications
- Maintaining and developing media relations
- Developing and implementing a social media strategy
- Managing crisis communications
- Annual planning and coordination of the communications budget
- Monitoring and reporting communication metrics
- Leading and developing the communications team; supervising two communications specialists and building and leading a global communications network
To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have:
- Visionary thinking and strong experience in overall responsibility for communications and influence
- Ability to work hands-on while leading planning and implementation
- Systematic approach to executing plans while keeping schedules and budgets
- Experience in investor relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly, understandably, and consistently
- Experience in crisis communications
- Relevant higher education (e.g., communications, marketing, journalism)
- Excellent oral and written skills in Finnish and English
