As our Marketing AI & Process Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing marketing AI processes and operating models at group level from commercial perspective. This is a new role at Finago, giving you a unique opportunity to shape how AI and marketing technology are utilized across the organization in marketing context and to influence how the position evolves as our capabilities grow.  

In this position, you will enable AI-driven ways of working, build and strengthen internal capabilities across countries and local marketing teams, and ensure together with our IT that our marketing technology stack supports scalable, efficient and impactful marketing. 

You will act as a key link between Group Brand & Marketing team, local marketing teams, IT and other stakeholders, driving AI- and automation-led improvements that enhance both marketing performance and customer experience and, in the end, the commercial impact. Your work will directly support Finago’s ambition to stay ahead in AI-driven marketing execution and become the most customer-centric business software company in the Nordics. 

💡 Your key tasks and responsibilities include: 

• Driving AI-enabled marketing processes and development across Group Marketing 

• Identifying, prioritizing, implementing and maintaining AI and automation processes in marketing cross Nordic to improve efficiency, quality and business impact 

• Acting as owner of marketing processes representing Marketing in group-level AI and other solution related decisions 

• Ensuring AI competence remains in-house by turning learnings from external partners into sustainable internal capabilities in group marketing and local teams 

• Delivering measurable outcomes such as reduced manual work, improved lead generation and increased marketing production capacity

This is a full-time, permanent position that can be based in one of our offices in Finland, Sweden or Norway. You will work in a flexible hybrid model with regular team collaboration and cross-country cooperation. You’ll report to Finago’s Vice President, Group Brand & Marketing, Katariina Telkkä.

Ready to make an impact? 💥 

We’re looking for a marketing technology professional ready to make an impact on how we scale AI-driven marketing across the Nordics. To succeed in this position, we are looking for someone with:  

• 5+ years of experience in either marketing technology, AI-driven marketing, marketing automation or other relevant background combining business knowledge and innovation management 

• A strong strategic perspective and experience on the role of AI in scaling marketing and driving business impact  

• Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders without formal managerial authority  

• Practical, hands-on technical understanding of marketing AI and automation, enabling credible, solution-level collaboration with IT Business Applications and Data & Analytics teams rather than just high-level conceptual discussion.  

• Understanding or ability to learn how to navigate within the Microsoft ecosystem—especially Power Platform and Azure—while not being limited to it 

• Experience in building or managing marketing data flows and automations; experimentation frameworks with AI is considered a plus. 

• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex concepts in a clear and practical way to different stakeholders  

• Fluency in written and spoken English (Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian language skills are considered an advantage)
