As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will:Ā 

  • Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns across email, lead nurturing, and customer segmentation.Ā 

  • Align campaigns with company goals, messaging pillars, and regional nuances.Ā 

  • Incorporate personalization and dynamic content into automation workflows.Ā 

  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesloft).Ā 

  • Oversee in-platform communications with existing customers—sharing product updates, collecting feedback, and driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Ā 

  • Act as an Integrated Campaign Manager—leading multi-channel campaigns with clear goals, timelines, and deliverables.Ā 

  • Understand our ICP’s pain points and tailor messaging accordingly.Ā 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and content teams.Ā 

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (conversion rates, open rates, CTR, ROI) and optimize based on insights.Ā 

  • Develop and maintain lead scoring models based on behavior, demographics, and engagement.Ā 

  • Configure and oversee lead routing and data synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce.Ā 

  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.Ā 

  • Stay current with marketing automation trends and continuously improve capabilities.Ā 

  • Train and support marketing and sales teams in automation tools and strategies.Ā

  • Launch and manage automated campaigns that support strategic initiatives.Ā

  • Collaborate effectively across teams to align messaging and priorities.Ā 

Longer term, you’ll be measured by:Ā

🧩 What we’re looking forĀ 

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing automation for mid-market or enterprise B2B.Ā 

  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech industries.Ā 

  • Excellent written and spoken English. German is a plus.Ā 

  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce.Ā 

  • Skilled in content creation and promotion for lead generation.Ā 

  • Experience with data synchronization and lead routing.Ā 

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.Ā 

  • Proven ability to streamline marketing processes and optimize workflows.Ā
