We are looking for a Marketing Cloud Developer to join Elisa’s Martech team.

In this pivotal role, you will become a core member of our marketing automation team, bringing your expertise in Marketing Cloud to shape the future of our marketing and IT landscape.

By collaborating closely with a dynamic development team and cross-functional stakeholders, you will directly impact our customer experience, driving innovation and excellence. You will play a key role in enabling successful decision-making and marketing strategies across various products and services.

Your work will have a meaningful influence, as you partner with multiple business units to design, execute, and optimize personalized, data-driven customer engagement initiatives.

What do we expect from you?

• A minimum of 4 years of intensive hands-on experience in development focused on the Marketing cloud platform. Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud is a plus.
• Bachelor of engineering or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Salesforce certifications are a plus (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud developer).
• AWS knowledge is plus
• Programming skills:​ SSJS, Node.js, SQL, HTML, CSS, AMPscript, Javascript
• Strong communication skills to clearly and logically present solutions to complex challenges. 
• Fluent in English (proficiency in Finnish is a plus, but not required)

Key responsibilities:

• Design and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including crafting email campaigns, building automation workflows, and creating personalized customer journeys.​
• Enhance Marketing Cloud capabilities beyond native configurations by developing custom integrations and utilizing SSJS scripts for complex data operations.​
• Create dynamic, personalized experiences using web technologies such as HTML, CSS, AmpScript, and JavaScript.​
• Build and implement customer journeys, automation processes, cloud pages, and responsive email templates.​
• Integrate and process data from various sources, enabling advanced client segmentation and insights through SQL.​
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals and objectives.​
• Oversee and manage key Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules including Email Studio, Web Studio, Cloud Pages, Reporting Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Transactional APIs.​
• Custom Development & AWS Integration: Leverage custom solutions, including AWS services like Lambda and EC2, to enhance performance and scalability.

This position is located in Helsinki, Pasila. At this team we are following Elisa’s hybrid working policies.  Please note that you must have a valid work permit in Finland, and we do not offer relocation support.
