Marketing Manager, DACH

The Role:  

Your primary focus will be on executing the marketing plan to support pipeline generation and building the brand in key regions. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, creating content, advertisements, and nurturing workflows independently. You work closely with the marketing team and other departments to execute our marketing plan, aligning efforts with overall business goals and ensuring cross-functional collaboration. You are able to lead your own work, taking ownership of marketing initiatives. To succeed in this role, you proactively grow your marketing skills through continuous learning, staying updated on industry trends and best practices. Nomentia follows a hybrid work structure, and this role will be based in Vienna, Austria.   

 

Your responsibilities:   

Events & Collaborations 

  • Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and identify strategic partnerships to expand market reach.   

Content Creation 

  • Develop engaging and informative content across various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media, to effectively communicate our value proposition.   

Product & Customer Messaging  

  • Craft compelling product messaging and positioning to resonate with our prospects and clients.   

Demand Generation  

  • Drive lead generation campaigns to attract and convert prospects into sales qualified leads.  

Marketing Automation 

  • Implement and optimize marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, to nurture leads through the funnel and streamline marketing processes.   

Brand Presence 

  • Build and maintain a strong brand presence, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.   

   

Requirements:

  • Work experience: 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in fintech and/or banking.  

  • Project Management: The ability to initiate and drive multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating a proactive approach to work.   

  • Track Record: Track record in generating leads, SQLs, and opportunities using digital marketing tactics.   

  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with Hubspot and/or Salesforce is seen as an advantage.   

  • Language Skills: Native-level German (written and spoken) and excellent English are a must.  

  • Education: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
