Marketing Manager, North America

As a North America Marketing Manager you will be responsible for local marketing for Nosto in our fastest growing market. This role is a rare opportunity to have an impact on both strategy and drive hands-on execution in a growing, venture-backed tech company with a well-developed Marketing team, supportive environment, and great culture.

The ecommerce ecosystem is vibrant — delivering value to merchants requires engagement with many other players, from the major ecommerce platforms themselves, system integrators and agencies, and other software and service providers. Thus, creative channel and partner co-marketing is a significant and critical part of this role.


Key Responsibilities

Regional Marketing Campaigns

  • Develop and maintain a regional marketing plan in alignment with the global Marketing team and local US sales, partner, and customer success teams.

  • Ideate and execute on localized marketing campaigns that generate net new pipeline, including but not limited to presentations, webinars, joint data reports, blog posts, physical/virtual events, social posts, and paid media, in alignment with the global Brand Marketing and Demand Generation teams.

Partner & Channel Marketing

  • In partnership with Marketing leadership and the Partner team, develop and maintain global strategic plans to become “marketing partner of choice” for key platform, tech, and SI partners in alignment with regional field marketers across all markets

  • Expand and execute on co-marketing opportunities beyond our existing partner network

  • In alignment with the partner managers and product marketing, develop programs and offerings that strengthen partnerships, go-to-market execution, and result in quantifiable increases in referrals and joint upsells.

  • Become a subject matter expert on joint use cases, value propositions, and integration go-to-market paths for all partner types globally

Customer Advocacy

  • In partnership with Brand Marketing and Product Marketing, identify key customer references and help create case studies, approved customer win / go-live communications, and press releases

Account-based Marketing

  • In partnership with Demand Generation and the US Sales team, ideate and execute account-based marketing campaigns that drive net new opportunities within our target account list



  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing with notable experience in partner/channel marketing and significant exposure to other areas of marketing

  • Proven campaign creativity and execution — you will have a verifiable track record of coming up with high impact, innovative campaigns and bringing them to life

  • Experience in or a very strong understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem — you must understand how online retailers operate and what matters to them

  • Experience in strategic partner marketing — the channel is a critical part of our go-to-market strategy, and you will spend a significant percentage of your time and resources working with our partners to deliver creative campaigns and initiatives

  • Being a team player and a good person — Nostonians collaborate across multiple departments and time zones to drive value for our merchants, and we have high standards for how we treat each other
