Then you may be our new Microbiological Quality Lab for our plant located in Cressa.

• Carry out laboratory tests – mainly microbiological – record and archive test results according to the company’s established and predefined sampling plans and procedures
• Check that the calibrations and setting of all quality laboratory machinery are carried out and updated, in accordance with ISO procedures
• Perform the internal and external compilation and distribution of Certificates of Conformity / First Sampling relating to the finished product
• Carry out all activities related to Internal Quality Audit process (Housekeeping control and verification, PES control, cutter, etc.) according to the timetable agreed with Quality Manager
• In the event of deviations from specifications or quality standards, promptly inform all interested parties in production, supply chain and other related functions
• In case of need and where requested, carry out other activities in support of the other Quality Laboratory Staff
• Check and verify the availability of chemicals and consumables used in the laboratory and ensure that they are stored correctly
• Check and verify the correct functioning of laboratory equipment according to internal standards, promptly informing the direct manager in the event of malfunctions
• In case of need and when requested, carry out other activities in support of other Quality Laboratory Staff
• Recognize and comply with all safety, quality, energy and environmental practices, company organizational policies and procedures in the performance of their duties
