Nordic Marketing Manager, Severa

We’re now looking for a Nordic Marketing Manager to join Severa’s journey to dominate the Nordic market.

What does Nordic Marketing Manager do?
As a Nordic Marketing Manager, your main responsibility is to help our beloved sales partners generate new deals for sales pipelines through both tactical and strategic marketing activities in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark. This will happen by improving the overall awareness of Severa’s brand recognition in the Nordics, helping our partners with marketing campaigns, and doing tactical hands-on marketing activities.

You will receive plenty of support from your colleagues in our marketing department, product teams, customer support, and your soon-to-be besties: our Nordic sales partners. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the product marketing team, designers, and copywriters to ensure our marketing efforts are world-class.
Success in this role will be measured by an increase in brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline value across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Build brand awareness for Severa in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark with partners and colleagues.
  • Plan and develop collaborative marketing campaigns with sales partners.
  • Lead marketing efforts to drive demand for Severa’s product brand in target countries.

Tactical Responsibilities:

  • Execute hands-on marketing activities tailored to the local markets, such as collaborating on content marketing planning & creation and conducting keyword analysis & search engine marketing efforts.
  • Participate in local conferences and events, identify new growth opportunities, and run campaigns with our acquisition experts.
  • Design and help our partners to create world-class webinars and similar events for Nordic audiences
  • For you to succeed, we do believe that you:
  • Have deep expertise in modern digital marketing (5+ years). We believe strongly in building high demand towards our product brand.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both with our partners and internal stakeholders. Fluency in English is a must. Finnish or Swedish skills are considered as a major advantage.
  • Have previous experience in B2B SaaS companies.
  • Are capable of adapting to various changes. We’re moving full speed ahead to conquer multiple new markets, which means changes will happen.
  • Have a strategic growth hacking mindset with curiosity to drive new marketing experiments.
  • Will lead by example. Our common goal is that you will eventually build and lead your own local marketing teams.

We expect you to receive a salary between 4200-5000€ monthly. Our offices are located in Helsinki (Tripla) and Lappeenranta. We expect our new colleague to work from our office at least a few days each month, with some occasional travel in the Nordics.
