We are looking for law students in the early stages of their studies to join our Office Support team at our Helsinki office. The eight-month traineeship starts in January or May 2027, and you will work approximately two days a week alongside your studies.  

As an Office Support Trainee, you will get first-hand insight into life at a business law firm. You will become part of our eight-person Office Support team and help keep our day-to-day office operations running smoothly. Along the way, you will gain practical work experience, get to know the people behind Krogerus and build a foundation for your future career.

Learn how a business law firm works 

The role gives you a broad view of how a business law firm operates and what goes on behind the scenes to support our client work. Your work will consist of practical tasks that support our lawyers and Business Services teams in their daily work. Your responsibilities will include, for example, collating materials, couriering and mailing documents, and covering for our reception team at the front desk and switchboard.

We are looking for someone who: 

• is preferably in the first or second year of their legal studies  
• is curious about business law and eager to learn more 
• approaches their work with care and reliability  
• enjoys helping others and working as part of a team  
• is organised and able to adapt when priorities change  
• takes responsibility for their tasks and is willing to learn new things  
• communicates fluently in both Finnish and English.
