The work of a heat exchanger builder primarily involves assembly or welding tasks, which encompass various job titles such as sheet metal worker, sheet metal welder, metalworker, machinist, or sheet metal fitter. We manufacture heat exchangers in two shifts. 

Previous work experience or expertise gained through education are important for the role, as well as the ability to read machine drawings. Whether you are a budding professional or an experienced expert, we have a wide range of metalwork and welding tasks available. Welding work on heat exchangers mainly involves class welding on plates and pipes (TIG, MIG, flux-cored arc welding). You are precise and meticulous in your work, taking responsibility for what you do. You can work independently, with a partner, and as part of a mutually supportive team - we trust in collaborative efforts and ongoing dialogue among our teams. We greatly value proactivity, your desire to develop in your role, and your interest in technology. Ability to communicate in either Finnish or English is a must.
